Consultation Appraisal®

From $500

Our Consultation Appraisal® is a full appraisal giving a current market value for the property with an “insurance policy”. If we appraise your home prior to you listing your property and a buyer’s bank appraisal comes in low our appraiser will write a rebuttal letter on your behalf countering the bank appraisal. We will support you through the process.

Estate and Divorce

From $750

Our Estate and Divorce appraisals are full appraisals giving a market value for the property at a specified point in time. If you need our appraiser to testify at a court hearing or mediation we will be there to support you at a rate of $350 an hour (including travel and/or out of court prep time).

Commercial Appraisal
