Organizational Values

We are knowledgeable about the ever changing markets in which we work to insure that we are delivering the most accurate information to our clients. In order to remain knowledgeable we take courses, strive to learn new tools of the trade, and keep up with trends in the industry.

We under promise and over deliver. Our staff focuses on understanding the detailed needs of our clients in order for us to meet and exceed those needs. We striive to always meet deadlines, call clients when problems arise, be sure to fully explain any issues, answer any questions the client may have about the report. We are not afraid to be honest and share the bad news when necessary.

We practice honesty and uncompromising ethics in our daily operations. We abide by federal and state regulations, conduct ourselves in a professional manner, and maintain a high standard of ethics.

We are a customer service related industry and are working to put the service back our industry. We go above and beyond just the basics to protect our clients by alerting them to potential problems, ways to improve their appeal or property if applicable, and educate them when questions arise.

We believe in developing the talents of our appraisers, inspectors, and staff to facilitate their success in our industry. We continue to ask questions among our company appraisers and staff, use our network both within and outside the company to find answers to questions, and educate ourselves at every opportunity.
