Join us for a 3-hour, hands-on CE class with Scott Murphy, CEO and Founder of DS Murphy, and Mark Caffiers, Founder of Vigilant Property Inspections.

Step outside the traditional classroom and experience firsthand what an appraiser and home inspector actually do at a property. Using the subject property, you will participate in two walkthroughs, seeing the home from both the appraiser's and inspector's perspectives.

You'll learn how an appraiser measures a house, what appraisers consider when analyzing a property, what inspectors look for when evaluating the home's systems, and how to better discuss inspection findings with your clients. We'll also explore features that may add to or detract from value, common property issues, and much more.
