These ranges are giving for quick reference. Once the full scope of the work is identified, a set fee will be established. If the fee is higher than the fee paid when the appraisal was order the appraiser will contact you regarding the fee increase before any work is completed on the appraisal. At that time you can decide if you wish to continue with the appraisal or cancel the order. In the event that the order is canceled we will issue credit for any fees that have already been charged.*******
